G.O 123 cancelled, Mallanna Sagar to KCR’s head again
G.O 123 is the proposal, Telangana government took out, to grab the lands from the farmers. But the unwilling farmers said to implement the land acquisition act. Even the oppositions stood by the farmers and fought against the government.
Irrigation Minister Harish Rao fought till the last minute with the oppositions and even tried to convince the farmers. But now, the High Court has strongly jolted the state government cancelling the G.O 123. With this, few farmers who got convinced for land pooling are also turning against now. So what all the struggle, Harish Rao went through all these days, went in vain.
Within no time of the HC’s judgment, the oppositions got active and started making statements saying that, finally right judgment came. DK Aruna is jolting back to back counters on the government saying that, it is not new for Telangana government to receive jolts like this from the High Court.
It seems, TRS government is in tough phase. The government which enjoyed supremacy for the past two years and crushed rest other oppositions down to earth, is now facing back to back jolts.
While the EAMCET leakage is still in headlines and oppositions attacking the government, Mallanna Sagar issue, which was thought as finalized, came back to the starting point again.
Meanwhile, Harish Rao made a statement that he would fight on G.O.123 further and make sure that it gets into work.
While the state is already in the good position, Telangana Chief Minister KCR has performed Chandi Yagam. It seems, the actual need of performing it has arisen now, to get back the situations in the state government to normal.
