Rating: 2/5

Story:

Teja (Teja) sacrifices his love for Swetha (Dhanya Balakrishna) and gets married to Shruti (Rashmi) unwillingly. Within a short time, Teja decides to take divorce from Swetha, but things change suddenly, when Teja commits a huge mistake. Is that mistake connected to Rashmi turning to Zombie angel? Did Teja come out of the mess? Watch the film to know the answers.

Analysis:

The main plot of Tanu Vachenanta is quite interesting, but due to the lack of proper narration, the film goes flat. Adding to it, the B and C centres audience who mostly expect Rashmi to give some raunchy treat end up disappointing. A few of the scenes appear repetitive. Chalaki Chanti is the only hope who takes the comedy genre perfectly with some quality laughs. The interval twist is quite good and later everything gets quite predictable.

Performance:

Teja is decent in his acting and makes a good debut. Rashmi and Dhanya do not have much to showcase their acting skills in the film. Ravi Chandra’s music is just okay. Cinematography, editing, and visual effects are decent. Production values are average. Director Venkat Kacharla failed in engaging the audience with the narration, though the script was interesting.

Finally:

Neither glamor, nor horror is handled well in Tanu Vachenanta. It can be skipped.
