Rating: 3.25/5

Story:

Aditya (Nani), an assistant director falls in love with  Suma (Priya Shri). In the process of wooing her, Aditya narrates her a beautiful love story. That's where the main twist is, that lands the Anu Emmanuel on the screen. How that story made him win his love and what is that story? The answers to these questions forms Majnu's rest.

Analysis:

Not much to talk about the script, but it is the way it is narrated that needs a sure mention. The first half has some clean fun episodes, that can witness loud laughs in the theaters. The second half again is not less in the fun part, but mostly it deals with the emotional part here.

Performance:

Nani who is on high with the back to back super hits, has yet again bagged another promising hit with his stupendous performance. His natural acting ability is what brought life to Aditya's character.

Both the heroines Anu Emmanuel and Priya Shri apply enough glamor to the screen and even shows some decent acting in their respective roles. The rest of the cast has done enough justice to their roles.

Adding to the fresh audio, even the songs are shot in an adorable way. The editing is good. Most of the scenes are trimmed, before it is going to show more than enough. The cinematography is on the top notch. The screenplay is gripping and production values are decent.

Director Virinchi Varma after a feel good film like Uyyala Jampala, once again came up with another promising film.

Finally:

Majnu is a clean entertainer, balanced with healthy fun and good emotional episodes.
