Demonetization advantages excluding black money!
Demonetization is not only a jolt to the black money, but it seems, there are several petty advantages, one would notice over the time.
- Firstly, as high denomination notes are taken down from the circulation, people are finding the ways to get buy their products through online. This is a good beginning to the country.
- Real estate business where crores of rupees would be exchanged through hands, now took a beat and this situation would benefit middle classes.
- It would alert the people in the country to maintain bank accounts, without fail.
- Liquor is the big time problem for the Indian families, where most of the conflicts take place due to consuming liquor. But being a huge source of income, no government would be willing to take it down. But after the demonetization, there is a huge drop in the liquor sales.
- Even the toll tax on the highways and surcharge while drawing the cash from the ATMs is dropped, showing a loss of a huge source of income to the government.
Even then, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is moving forward with the demonetization, with the least concern towards the criticisms from the oppositions. So let us hope that, India would get a new shape after December 30th, which is the deadline to exchange notes.
