After Siddipet was announced as a district, several felt that, Chintamadaka would be made as mandal, being the own village of Telangana Chief Minister KCR. But much to the surprise, the CM ignored Chintamadaka, which is now not going well with the villagers.

All the new districts were launched on Dussehra and CM strictly said that, no revision or addition of the districts would be made, ignoring requests from the public and demands from the oppositions.

The one age old rule of politics, especially in the Telugu states is, if any leader on the top chair is ignoring his own village from developing, he will be receiving criticisms from the oppositions questioning that, how can a person look after the state, when he is not even concerned about his own village?

On the other side, if the official is concentrating on his own village, the oppositions say that, the leader is acting biased and is only concerned about his own village and nothing else. So in such situation, a leader is required to take a perfect strategical decision. That is what KCR did in choosing the new districts. While he opted his Siddipet as district, he ignored, making Chintamadaka as new district, thus balancing the situation, and putting the oppositions in dilemma as to what to comment.
