Rating: 3.25/5

Story:

Atchyut (Nara Rohit) and Anand (Naga Shourya), two brothers fall in love with Jyotsna (Regina). A small mishap creates differences between the brothers. How did the brothers unite back and what are the consequences they faced in this process forms Jyo Achyutananda’s rest.

Analysis:

Though the line is simple, director Srinivas Avasaraala has written a brilliant screenplay and was successful in making the audience stick to the seats. The first half is hilarious with superb comedy and also the triangle love scenes.

Coming to the second half, emotional moments take the top place here. The climax is the king of the entire film and you are surely going to experience the moist eyes. But few scenes like Regina forcing her brothers to help her out of a tricky situation, might have explained in more detail. In that sense, even Regina’s role lacks any clarity. The super hit title song is just used in the background and that is another disappointment.

Performance:

It seems, Nara Rohit finally got something he is very strong in. He excelled in revealing all types of emotions. Especially his comic timing in the film, has every scope to make him big in the coming days. Naga Shourya, on the other hand is equally energetic and his chemistry with Rohith is very good to watch on the screen. Pavani Gangi Reddy looks natural and does her job well for the character she was chosen.

Kalyana Ramana’s music is one of the major highlights of Jyo Achyuthananda and art direction needs a special mention, for taking care of every minute detail and that can be felt on the screen. Editing has few flaws and the dialogues are apt to the subject and are thought provoking.

Director Avasarala narrated the love story of two brothers in an adorable way. The chemistry he generated between the brothers and the way he created an emotional bonding is surely a must watch to the emotional movie audience.

Finally:

Jyo Achyuthananda goes well with ‘A’ centres and overseas audience for its emotional and equally humorous quality content.
