Story:

Malhotra (Kay Kay Menon), is keen of owning a land, where a holy tree stands with a society owned by Amrita Singh’s character and her sons Aman (Tiger Shroff) and Rohit (Gaurav Pandey). Knowing Aman's power, Malhotra appoints Raka (Nathan Jones) to kill Aman and his family. Who won at the end, answers the rest of Flying Jatt.

Analysis:

Super hero buying vegetables in the market, stopping at the red signal and is not concerned of his powers, does not actually go well with the audience. Though the concept of spoof over superheroes is good, his lessons on Environment won't let one sit stable in the seats.

The complete film makes one actually recollect their school days where the biology teacher lectures on pollution and you are trying for a chance to take a nap. Holy tree is another butt of a joke in the film. Overall, Flying Jatt is more of a lecture, than an entertainment.

Performance:

It seems, Tiger Shroff is still not comfortable to come out of his uncomfortable zone. His below average acting skills in the film reveals it clearly. His poor dialogue delivery and weird boyish charm surely gives a bad impact on the flying Jatt.

Jacqueline Fernandez has a short role in which she is seen very chirpy and performance is completely dull. But, her moves in 'Beat Pe Booty' are one of the highlights of the film. Amrita Singh is boring, Gaurav Pandey does a good job as Tiger's brother. Especially, his comic timing is very good. Kay Kay Menon as villain appears quite cinematic.

Be it the songs or the background score, none impresses in Flying Jatt. Editing is just ok and production values are high. Graphics showing Sikhs history is attractive. Director Remo's intention of giving a message through a super hero is good but he completely failed in executing and writing it.

Finally:

Watch Flying Jatt, if you miss your biology classes in the school days.
