Ram Charan repeats same mistake again?
A number of hits can be generated, only when there is a proper mutual understanding between two big films. The same formula is being followed in Bollywood and so even some poor films are coming out with decent collections. Even this formula is being followed by Tollywood, only after tasting some bitter failures earlier.
For instance, when Srimanthudu and Baahubali release dates clashed, Mahesh Babu, with a good understanding, stepped back, only to save both films and postponed Srimanthudu, over a month. This made both the films secure grand success and collections.
When this formula was ignored by Bruce Lee, while Rudramadevi was already making waves in the theaters, the Ram Charan’s starrer had to face a huge debacle and shockingly, the film couldn’t even garner enough collections, due to Rudramadevi’s storm.
This made Ram Charan plan his next movie Dhruva release date, only when there is no competition from any other films. As expected, the remake witnessed good collections. But ignoring this success formula, the mega hero is again making his first production venture Khaidi No 150, collide with Balakrishna’s Gauthamiputra Sathakarni.
Even if both films secure success, the collections could see a severe dip, as two big films are sharing the audience in the festival season.
So, it should be seen, whether Khaidi No 150 or Gauthamiputra Sathakarni makers rethink about the release dates of their respective films.
