The Madras High Court accepted the petition demanding the investigation about the mystery of Tamil Nadu ex-Chief Minister Jayalalithaa and raised doubts about several issues that took place during her hospitalization.

It is to be recollected that, Apollo hospital authorities, when Jayalalithaa was in the hospital, informed that she was recovering and was even shifted to the General ward. But suddenly, on the last day, i.e., on December 5th, the hospital officials said that her condition was serious.

Worried over this, her fans and followers reached out to hospital surroundings and tried to destroy the furniture. The security and police officials however controlled the damage. So even though the bad news was already known to the hospital staff, keeping in mind the tense situation during the day time, they might have revealed it at 11.30 pm.

In the past, the same formula was used even in Satya Sai Baba’s death issue. The bad news was revealed only after a number of days hospitalization, even though it is already known to the hospital staff and few close associates of him.

The death news of someone who has a huge popularity among the public, would obviously disturb the large sections of public. So delaying the announcement of bad news, in the name of treatment, could be a solution, to control the tense situation among the fans and followers.

So if the court now orders for chasing the mystery behind the death of Jayalalithaa, and if some disturbing news comes out during the investigation, it would be tough to control the anger of her fans and followers, which might result in the loss of lives and also damage to the public property.

However, it cannot deny the petition about the case for no reason. So it should be seen, how Madras High Court tries to handle this sensitive case, without creating any sort of disturbance.
