Naidu aims big with Brahmani!
If the reports are to be believed, Nara Brahmini, daughter in law of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and the wife of Nara Lokesh would enter into the politics soon and also contest in the 2019 elections.
Lokesh is currently TDP’s national general secretary. He is also touted to get minister post soon. Keeping in mind Brahmani's education and management skills, Naidu believes her political entry would strengthen TDP.
In Telangana, as the state Chief Minister KCR had three family members in the party like KTR, Harish Rao and Kavitha, even AP CM is considering Brahmani to bring into the party, so that, some key post can be kept in her hands, with complete belief. Reportedly, Naidu is planning to send Brahmani to Delhi as an MP, speculating that would benefit the state, as Brahmani has enough leadership qualities to convince the Centre and bring funds.
Regarding this, Naidu is planning to clear the road for Brahmani’s entry. He wants his daughter in law to contest from either Guntur or Ananthapur constituencies. The official announcement of Brahmani’s entry is expected to be out shortly, the sources say.
While KTR in Telangana is at his full speed and has injected a confidence in people, that he would take up the leadership responsibilities after KCR, AP CM who wished Lokesh to bring up the same confidence among the public, failed in doing so, with the poor management skills of his son. So, unwilling to let go off hopes, he is now planning to bring Brahmani into the picture.
There are rumors in the past, that Naidu is avoiding Nandamuri family for the fear of losing his top chair. If that rumor is considered, Naidu’s decision of bringing Brahmani into the picture would jolt Naidu big time, the analysts opine.
