Jagan in foot steps of Pawan!

Special status is one big issue, from which Andhra Pradesh is unable to come out. Though the state government, YSRCP and other opposition parties fought for the special status, the Centre did not make any positive move towards it and instead allotted special package.

Just like many other issues lost fire as time passed, even special status issue was left by the AP political leaders. But it’s after Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan’s meetings, the special status issue is back into the news.

Pawan Kalyan recently conducted few political meetings on the same issue and is again planning to conduct another meeting on November 10th on the same issue. While Pawan’s meetings could not impact TDP or BJP much, it seems, it showed a great impact on YSRCP.

The party chief Jagan Mohan Reddy is also trying to concentrate on special status issue now, unwilling to give credit to Pawan. Jagan, who was busy with Yuva Bheri programme, is now planning to conduct a public meeting at Visakha on November 6th 2016, and also few other meetings in Guntur and Tirupati.

As the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) elections are nearing, Jagan is expecting to increase his political mileage through these political meetings. While Pawan is reluctant to join hands with TDP or BJP another time, it should be seen, whether he makes any moves towards YSRCP, to use the party chief’s political experience.
