After Godavari and Krishna pushkaraalu, Andhra Pradesh government is now planning to eye on the youth of the state and with the intention of attracting them, reportedly the government officials have planned a beach love festival on February 12th. The government has decided to invite 9000 love couples across the world for the festival, which is scheduled to be held for 3 days.

The sources from the government says that, CM Chandrababu Naidu is intending to make the foreigners’ eye on AP tourism, so that it would help for the development of the state. The festival is planned in Vizag beach which will be held on February 12th, 13th and ends on Valentines day i.e., 14th.

Valentines day is generally boycotted by several independent organizations, stating that, it is against Indian culture. But now a state government itself is planning the celebrations widely and inviting the love couples across the world, is something that requires to be noted.

How far this festival would boost the tourism in AP cannot be known, but there is an every chance for it to spoil the name of AP government, as not only the main opposition parties, but also several other independent organizations across the country may criticize AP government big time.

However, on the other side, as AP government was unable to provide employment to the youth as promised in the 2014 elections, a beach love festival like this, would attract youth and thus forget their employment and develop a positive attitude on the state government is what Naidu is intending, the analysts say. If that is the case, TDP government may probably face a lifetime jolt. Isn’t it?
