Pending promises clearance in 2019!
Double bedroom houses to the poor, loan waiver upto Rs. 1 lakh, free education from KG to PG are the promises TRS made during the 2014 elections. As the feeling of Telangana among the public was the one big weapon and there was no other party other than TRS, which raised its voice in support of Telangana, KCR occupied the top chair in the last elections. Even though if KCR do not announce any election promises, his route to victory was very clear at that time.
With that confidence, all the promises he made during the elections are not implemented completely till date. But there are bigger programmes, he conducted in the state- like the formation of new districts, Harithaharam, illegal constructions collapse, etc. Though several opined that, its tough to perform these programmes, KCR was successful in making it possible. But his silence regarding the implementation of the election promises, is worrying many.
For 2014 elections, promises he made were even put on the sidetrack by the public. But the same would be tough in 2019 elections. TRS cannot dare to release its manifesto for the next elections, without clearing the pending promises.
So reportedly, KCR is planning to clear all the pending promises just before the next elections, so that it would bring the mileage to the party, for resuming the power. How far this age old strategy turns fruitful to TRS, is to be seen.
