Shankar Dada Zindabad is the 2007 film of the mega star Chiranjeevi, who never hinted anywhere that, it would be the last movie of the star in the first innings. Finally after 10 years of that movie release, Chiranjeevi is back with his 150th movie, titled as Khaidi no.150.

Turning out to be a super star in the present days, is not that tough, as the opportunities have been increased and moreover maintaining relations with the biggies among the film industry and politicians can pave the way for a good career in films. But Chiranjeevi is one such actor, who does not have any such opportunity and turned out to be a super star, out of his own sweat.

Legendary legacies sounded low in front of Megastar

Started with Pranam Khareedu in 1978, Chiranjeevi has been acted in a number of films for about 5 years and then came Khaidi in 1983, which changed his image over night and made him a supreme hero in Tollywood. Even the legendary NTR, ANR legacies, were named after Chiranjeevi, who has no background. He has been considered as the undisputable king of Tollywood for several years.

Not only ‘C’ centres, but families too

Though Chiranjeevi is highly liked by the ‘C’ centres for his mass masala movies like Mutha Mesthri, Big Boss, Rikshavodu etc, he even enjoys huge following among the family audience too, for the thought provoking movies like Vijetha, Swayam Krushi etc.

Normal people in the families even used to coin the dialogues like, “Do you think you are Chiranjeevi to maintain such style?” That itself says the range of the mega star in Telugu cinema.

Comeback to be a bang!

After attaining 60 years last year, Chiranjeevi has announced officially that he would resume the films and now for the 61st birthday today, the title of the comeback film, along with the first look has been released, giving an enough boost for the fans, to enhance the celebrations.

Though the movie is a remake, director VV Vinayak, who earlier handled Tagore, is making sure that, Khaidi no.150 comes out well with all the enough ingredients for the ‘C’ centre fans, along with the families.

Hope this movie makes a strong impact on the second innings of the mighty mega star and proves that the impact of the star is still strongly there, even after a decade of his absence.
