In West Delhi, Subhash Nagar, a 40 year old rickshaw puller named Matibool, was hit by a tempo. Be the tempo driver or the public around, has bothered to rescue the bleeding person, who had to lose his life, just out of excessive bleeding.

When the person is bleeding and is in need of an urgent support from the fellow beings, the reason behind the public’s least bothering about it is, due to the fear of irking in the clutches of law.

Once if any person goes in support of some bleeding person on the road, that supported person, since then, will be haunted by the police with several questions and makes him lose peace of mind. So even when the people are willing to support the fellow beings, they are moving away from doing it.

Adding to it, even the lack of time, is making the people bother about other things on the road. So to avoid this problem, public phone booths should be brought back, which will avail the public, call to the nearest police station and inform about the accident, who can then rush to the spot. Public will be able to do it, as their identity cannot be traced by police and in turn helps the bleeding person.

Till a procedure like this comes into implementation, people like Matibool will be continuously facing such helpless situations. This idea can even bring out few good people, who will be willing to come for the rescue of the fellow beings. This can be straightly called as a murder committed by not just the tempo driver, but the system itself.
