US Presidential Polls 2016 schedule
One more day left to decide the future of Democratic Party candidate Hillary Clinton and Republican Party candidate Donald Trump. 270 out of 538 electoral votes are required to win the White House. There are 55 electoral votes in California, 38 in Texas, 29 each in New York and Florida.
According to IST, voting begins at 5 PM on November 8th and ends at 7 AM on November 9th and the counting of Votes start at 5 am on November 9th. Various agencies will release the Exit Polls since then. By Wednesday afternoon, the final result will be out. While 3.7 crore Americans have already voted through the various options available, 12 crore people will be voting tomorrow.
On the other side, Islamic State warned to kill the American Voters on the polling day. The terror outfit gave a call for Muslims to boycott the US Presidential poll. It expressed the view that Democrats and Republicans are one and the same when it comes to the policy stand on Islam and Muslims.
