All clear for Udta Punjab
As scheduled before, on June 17th, Udta Punjab, is all scheduled to release with one cut, unlike the censor's earlier proposal 89 cuts.
Bombay High Court has given its final judgment on the ongoing legal battle between censor board officials and Udta Punjab makers. Anurag Kashyap, one the makers of the film, has thanked the judge, through his social networking account, his tweet reads, “Thank you To the honourable Judge, thank you all for the faith and support.. Time to get back to work.. Two back to back releases..”
Udta Punjab has Shahid Kapoor,Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Diljith Dosanj in the lead and Abhishek Chaubey is directing it.
