Modi winds up 5 nation tour, departs to India
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with his final visit to Mexico, has completed his five nation tour and departed to India.
The major highlight of his Mexico visit was his historic address at the joint session of the US Congress at Capitol Hill, Washington D.C. It was there, Modi lauded the bonds between the two nations, saying that freedom and liberty were the key elements that strengthened ties between them and added that both countries had overcome the hesitations of history. After assuming office in 2014, this was the 4th visit of PM to US.
