To make the Ambulances overcome the increasing traffic in metros and other cities, Greenline Labs, a Vizag based start-up has invented two devices which can make emergency services faster and more effective. 

The two devices are developed using IoT (Internet of Things) technology. The startup has collaborated with Gayatri Vidya Parishad Hospital for testing the prototype from last week of this month.

With one of the devices fitted within the ambulance, the driver will be able  to track the accident location and reaches the spot from the nearest possible route.

Adding to it, when the ambulance is within 500 to 700 meters radius to any traffic signal, the device inside ambulance ensures the lights turn green with the help of another device attached to the traffic signals, which thus makes the ambulance move forward without delay.

After the prototype test, Greenline Labs is aiming at fixing this device on 25 more vehicles in Vizag. They are even planning to expand operations to Hyderabad, Vijayawada and other major cities in the country.
