Done playing hide and seek with AP people regarding special status, Venkaiah Naidu now choose Army to start a fresh game. To the shock of many, the Union Minister has donated Rs. 1116 to Army Welfare Fund.

The Uri attack which resulted in the loss of 17 Indian lives has shocked the country. Reacting to the issue, Venkaiah Naidu donating such HUGE amount is another big shock Indians faced.  

After donation, Naidu even condemned the terrorist attack on the Uri army camp. He released a statement, saying, "Everyone should emulate me and extend assistance for the welfare of the army. In order to remain a role model, I have donated Rs 1,116. I have made several such donations. But I don’t want to reveal what and when I made those donations.”

Being a senior politician,Venkaiah Naidu's property is said to be around Rs. 35000 crores. Leaving that aside, at least as a cabinet minister and MP, his earnings would be around Rs. 5 lakh. Such a politician donating such HEAVY amount surely deserves a special declaration and if possible, FELICITATION to the union minister.
