As scheduled before, Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan has attended the special political meeting in Kakinada titled ‘Seemandhrula Aathma Gourava Sabha’ and here are the highlights of his speech.

- Instead of special status, central government gave us two laddus. 

- Lal Bahadur Shastri, Indira Gandhi has few values. But there are no such leaders in the present days.

- I don’t like common public fighting for the special status. People should study, do jobs and the leaders should fight for the people’s rights, as it is people who elected them for the purpose.

- After Telugu states got bifurcated, I didn’t eat for 11 days. It’s not because Telangana was formed, but the states were bifurcated with the least concern towards AP.

- If none of the leaders are unable to fight against the Centre, leave the issue to Janasena. Me and my party activists will fight against BJP government and will make sure it declares special status.

- I don’t have a single acre of land in AP. Neither BJP nor TDP, but people are my god-fathers. 

- I moved against my mother, brother and my family members and supported TDP and BJP. So I am not going to spare if the centre neglects the people.

- Not just for Telangana or Andhra Pradesh, I’m bothered about every Indian.

- The local media writes about granddaughters of the biggies in Delhi and about their picnics. But none of the national channels write about the people suffering in the Telugu states.

- Centre is more concerned about north and is completely neglecting south. My fight is mainly against such negligence.

- Anakapally MP Avanthi Srinivas has invited me into party to fight against the Centre. But I’m not keen about sitting on MP or MLA chair and so rejected it. If Avanthi Srinivas resigns as an MP and comes on to the roads to fight for special status, I will support him in 2019 elections and make sure he wins in it.

- My heartfelt thanks to CPM leader Ramakrishnan for saying that, he felt bad after the state got bifurcated without providing proper justice to AP.

- I don’t mind about the personal businesses of Murali Mohan and even I’m not against it. But if you don’t bother about the public problems, that hurts me and I will fight against you.

- Congress leader Jai Ram Ramesh has written an excellent book on bifurcating Andhra Pradesh. I really liked it, but he is failing in implementing the same in the real life. 

- I am not an opportunistic politician like TG Venkatesh. I never spoke about his industries in Kurnool that are causing severe harm to the common people.

Pawan Kalyan’s speech clearly stated that he is strictly against BJP government and the way it is playing with the people sentiments. This time, Pawan Kalyan’s speech was bit more firing. 

But as the meeting is named as ‘Aathma Gourava Sabha’, several speculated that, Pawan would reveal about the way, Janasena fights for the special status. But the Janasena Chief once again said that, TDP, YSRCP and other parties should fight against centre. So this political meeting has no significance and is similar to what he said in Tirupathi meeting recently.
