World's Largest Aircraft crash lands
Airlander 10, named as the World's Largest Aircraft, has crash landed today towards the end of the 2nd test ride.
After being one and a half in the air, the aircraft has crashed suddenly and its front portion got terribly damaged. Fortunately, the pilots are out of it safely. The reasons behind the crash are yet to be disclosed by Firm Hybrid Air Vehicles. Meanwhile, the Air Accident Investigation Branch has already started investigating for the reasons behind the sudden crash.
Airlander 10 is a part Airship and part Plane. Compared to the biggest passenger plane available, this is 50-feet bigger and so is considered as the largest aircraft in the world. The first test ride of the aircraft was also not successful, as the aircraft was thought of being in the air for one and half hour but could not be more than 20 minutes.
