It is to be recollected that Tollywood director Boyapati Seenu has directed Godavari Pushkaraalu event last year. But due to the stampede which killed several people, the event has lost its importance, and Boyapati was just left, receiving appreciations from the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.

Now, keeping in mind the Krishna Pushkaraalu this year, Naidu has reportedly again consulted the Legend director, asking him to direct the event. The director readily accepted the offer, and has reportedly accepted to direct Krishna Harathi ritual. 

Adding to this, dialogue king Sai Kumar, who earlier lent his voice in Godavari Pushkaraalu event, will do the same for Krishna Pushkaraalu too, hosting the event during the Krishna Harathi. Unlike earlier, the officials this time are taking several security measures, so that no stampede takes place.
