Unable to take the criticisms from all over, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that, he fighting with the centre regularly, for the special status.
In a press conference, CM said that, centre is still not favorable to AP and is not doing what it is supposed to do according to AP reorganization act-2014.
Asked whether TDP would vote for a private member's bill moved by Congress MP K V P Ramachandra Rao seeking special category status for AP, Naidu said, “Is not the Congress to be blamed for the current situation? Why is it playing a game now without incorporating the special category status provision in the (Reorganisation) Act," Chandrababu asked, adding "has a private member's bill ever become an act in the history?”.
However, Naidu refused to utter anything about TDP MPs and give any assurance from them.
