Go back to HC- Supreme Court about Roja’s suspension case
It is known that YSRCP firebrand MLA Roja has been suspended during the assembly sessions, for allegedly abusing Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister with un-parliamentary words.
But the Jagan and other YSRCP officials have severely criticized the speaker’s decision to suspend Roja for one long year, for such a small issue and so have filed a case. While the judgment of High Court was not satisfactory and led to huge dilemma, the issue has even reached the Supreme Court.
Referring to the case, the apex court has today ordered the high court to take proper explanation from the firebrand MLA and also told the petitioner to solve the case in the high court itself.
