Suriya's latest sensation 24 movie was first witnessed Mahesh's compound and upon his rejection, went to the Kollywood star.

'24' was liked by all sections of the audience, making it a blockbuster for Suriya, who is waiting for the same since long.

Director Vikram Kumar, who earlier directed a family entertainer, prepared 24 script and approached Mahesh.

"I immensely liked the script, but could not accept it, as I could not imagine myself performing such role, where I cannot identify myself," Mahesh said.

"There is news in the media that, I have recommended Suriya for the script, but there is no truth in it. I believe the scipt has reached the right person, and I enjoyed the movie recently in the theatre", the super Star added.

"People are liking new kind of films, in that sense, not tricky subjects, but anything which is told in easy and new way will secure success. There is a thin line between the experiments and routine films. If that is observed and concentrated well, success rate will increase," Mahesh said.

Baahubali is a new thought and Srimanthudu dealt the commercial story in a new manner. That is the reason both the films secured success, Mahesh opined.
