As a new year gift to Pawan Kalyan fans, producer Sharath Marrar planned to release each poster a day from Katamarayudu, till new year.

Keeping up his promise, he released a poster today, revealing Pawan walking with the  explosives background. The Dhoti Avatar of the Power Star is raising curiosity among the masses. Just within a few minutes of the release of the poster, it started trending on all the leading social networking sites, with the hashtag #NewYearWithPawanKalyan.

Katamarayudu’s shooting would be wrapped up by the end of January and then the post production would begin. The movie is aiming for a summer release, just like most of the earlier films of Pawan had its release.

Anoop Rubens is composing the tunes and Gopala Gopala fame Dolly is directing Katamarayudu under North Star Entertainments. Shruti Haasan is opted to play the main female lead.
