An ordinary Kollywood movie Bichagadu, which has been dubbed into Telugu and released with zero expectations, created wonders at the box office. Not only the super success, but the movie even managed to collect over Rs. 40 crores in Telugu, which is even tougher for a star movie here.
However, the universal subject helped the movie to get good results in all the released areas. It is to be noted that a scene in Bichagadu dealt with the demonetization and that was highlighted when Modi really banned Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 notes in the country.
So, now the makers are eager to plan a sequel to the film. Vijay Antony, who achieved good fame with the first part, even will be seen as a lead in the second part. If the reports are to be believed, the sequel will concentrate on the black money.
