My direction was very amateurish- Rajamouli
After directing a magnum opus like Baahubali, which set the records worldwide and even received Padmashri, how can a filmmaker consider his direction as amateurish? Well, that’s not the point.
On the occasion of completing 15 years for his debut movie Student No.1, Rajamouli made a post on his social media account, saying that, he treats himself as an amateurish director during Student No.1. “Except for the interval sequence, the rest everything appears quite amateurish in the film,” he says.
But after that, it is known that, Rajamouli stood out to be the finest directors of the country, delivering some epics like Magadheera, Eega and the recent Baahubali. Currently, Rajmouli is filming “Baahubali: The Conclusion” and will be taking up Mahesh Babu’s project next, the reports say.
