Karan Johar buys Rana movie rights
Though Baahubali smelled the hit flavor in Telugu, no one felt that a dubbing cinema, that too a regional one, would do magics at the Bollywood box office collecting over Rs. 100 crores.
Karan Johar bought the Hindi rights and was happy with the returns he got from the film. With the immense confidence in Rana Daggupati's performance in Baahubali, the star producer once again came forward to buy the rights of Rana's upcoming film Ghazi.
The movie is based on the mysterious sinking of PNS Ghazi, a Pakistan Submarine during the India-Pakistan war in 1971. Tapsee Pannu is playing the female lead of the film, which is being directed by Sankalp Reddy. Along with Telugu, the film will be dubbed into Hindi and Tamil too.
