Official: Heroine confirmed in Allu Arjun's next
There are few projects which raise the curiosity right from the annoucement of the title. The same thing happened in case of Duvvada Jagannatham, as the title sounded unique.
Several names like Kajal Agarwal, Tamanna were heard to play the female lead in the film, but finally, director Harish Shankar felt Pooja Hegde would perfectly suit to the role he created and so confired her as the heroine.
Reportedly, DJ would be on the lines of Adhurs, where Allu Arjun will be seen as Chari, hinting that the movie is an out and out comedy entertainer. After an action flick like Sarrainodu, how far a comedy entertainer works out for Allu hero is to be seen.
