Akkineni Nagarjuna has attended Nirmala Convent audio release function last night, and opened up on the Akhil's new projects.

While Akhil's debut movie as hero 'Akhil', could not do well, Nagarjuna consulted Manam director Vikram Kumar and asked him to do a movie with Akhil. Vikram said that he is committed to do a film for Allu Arjun. Nag then spoke to Allu Aravind and made sure Vikram directs Akhil first.

This issue was revealed by Nag and that is creating curiosity now among the fans that whether Vikram has opted Akhil for the story that was okayed by a star hero like Bunny. Adding to it, Nagarjuna saying that, Vikram's movie would be a relaunch to Akhil, is raising the expectations at once.

On the other side, using the word 'relaunch' is hurting the fans of VV Vinayak, who originally launched Akhil. So as Vinayak is currently directing Chiranjeevi's 150th movie Khaidi no.150, the success of this film would redefine Vinayak's stamina, and that could be a jolt to Nagarjuna, the analysts opine.
