Can’t sacrifice south for Bollywood- Regina Cassandra
Hindi being the national language, the films made in Bollywood would have a bigger when compared to Telugu or any other regional language.
So, most of the artistes after attaining popularity, will look up to entering into the Hindi cinema. Actresses like Asin, Iliyana, Tamanna, after attaining star status in south cinema, have gone to Bollywood and could not succeed. But there are even few actresses like Samantha, who mostly prefers South cinema, than the north.
Now, joining this list, Regina says that she cannot sacrifice south cinema for Hindi. The actress who recently signed her Bollywood debut opposite the super stars like Amithab Bachchan, Anil Kapoor and Arshad Warsi, has said that, she will manage to do movies in both the languages, adding that her roots are from the south.
