Gauthamiputra Sathakarni is one such huge movie, Telugu film industry is waiting for. Being based on a historical subject and that too being 100th film of Nandamuri Balakrishna, director Krish is framing the film with utmost perfection. 

While the makers are keen to release the film by Sankranthi 2017, music director Devi Sri Prasad is reportedly unable to catch up the scheduled date, due to the accepted films on a row. 

So, the makers are now planning to replace Devi with Chirantan Bhatt, who earlier composed music for Kanche. While DSP is known for his rock beat music and NBK 100 being the historical subject, DSP's tunes did not match to Krish and NBK's idea of framing the film, the reports say, and that is the reason for this replacement. However, the rockstar's career is anyway not going to effect with this single film, as he has all the star studded films in hand.
