Those heroes rejected Jakkanna!
It is not new in any film industry to pick the films rejected by other stars. Star heroes like Pawan Kalyan, Vijay, Mahesh Babu, are known to reject many films which are later picked by other stars like Raviteja, Surya etc.
Director Vamsi Krishna who is on high with Jakkannna’s decent success at the box office, spoke about the film saying that, Sunil was not his first choice for the film.
Vamsi added, “I earlier approached several heroes and all of them rejected the Jakkanna script right away. Then I made changes to it and felt Sunil would be the right choice for moulded Jakkanna.”
After passing the weekend successfully, even Jakkanna managed to pass in the critical Monday test with the houseful crows all over and this success can be treated as a relief to Sunil, who is facing tough times for quite some time.
