Though Mahesh has many blockbusters in his career, Srimanthudu always remains one special movie in his career. The reason is, it was his first movie, under his production and also has been on the top, next to Baahubali in terms of the collections. 

Not just monetary gains, the film even brought immense respect to Mahesh from the Telangana government for implementing the idea of adopting the villages. IT Minister KTR has appreciated Mahesh after watching Srimanthudu. 

The recent Brahmotsavam was a huge failure in Mahesh’s career, which is now making the super star concentrate on bringing back the lost respect, for which he thought Koratala Siva again can do it. So reportedly, Mahesh is even joining hands for a film with Koratala. 

Mahesh is currently busy with Murugadoss film and Koratala with Janatha Garage. After winding up their ongoing projects, the duo would sit on the discussions, the reports say.
