Congress party in the initial days of the Telangana formation, has tried to dominate all the parties, and tried to enjoy the credit of declaring Telangana state. But TRS rushed onto the spot, overshadowing the Congress and is now enjoying the supremacy, with the powerful leader like KCR, leading the party. 

Since then, Congress is not heard big in the state. In that sense, not just Telangana, but even in Karnataka, Congress party is being kicked out every now and then, the analysts say.

Currently, Karnataka is facing several problems like power shortage, traffic, inept administration etc. As a result, the investors are forced to come out of the state. Utilizing this chance, IT minister KTR, is reaching out to those disappointed investors and is roping them to Telangana.

It seems, the Congress is indirectly favoring KTR, by building up his image as dynamic and pro-active leader.
