Right after the formation of the Telangana state in 2014, Chief Minister KCR has thought of joining hands with Congress party and regarding this, he even approached the high command. But Congress, refused to accept the deal, thinking that they alone can rule the Telangana state.

But to the shock of life to the Congress, the TRS came to the power and what all happened next, is a history. TRS, which had the organizational strength in just four districts in the beginning, now earned it, in all the 10 districts.

TRS party which is supposed to have 63 MLAs, today have 88, which itself says that it is Supreme and is unstoppable in the state.

Ex- Chief Minister of United AP, Kiran Kumar Reddy said that, it would be really tough for Telangana to cope up with the electricity issues, after the bifurcation. But just within few months, the state government was successful in giving 24/7 electricity.     

There are several deals that are said impossible by oppositions, but made possible by KCR, which what made him what he is today and made everyone feel the necessity of celebrating the state formation.

Below is the schedule of the formation day celebrations:

- At 9.45 am, KCR has paid tribute to Telangana Matyrs Memorial at Gun Park
- Later, CM will lay the foundation, for the grand memorial for Telangana matyrs, near Lumbini park.
- At 10.15 am, KCR, at Sanjeevaiah Park, will hoist the tallest National Flag.
- At 10.30, CM will participate in the Telangana formation day celebrations organized at Secunderabad Parede grounds. 
- The government even organized a special programme at HICC, Madhapur, in which KCR, and governor Narasimhan, will take their participation.    

Artists from Telangana Sanskrutika Sarathi will embark on a “Telangana Sanskrutika Jaitra yatraa”, covering two districts each day. The programme will start at Necklace Road , today.
