After Telangana Chief Minister KCR, if it is anyone who has so much of popularity in the TRS party, it is Irrigation Minister Harish Rao.

In the beginning days of the state formation, the political circles said that,  Harish Rao, no doubt would occupy CM's chair in 2019 elections. Everyone felt that he would be the successor of KCR in the party.

But the close sources of TRS said that, KCR is keen of making his son and IT Minister KTR, to occupy the top chair, after him. But more than KTR, it is CM's daughter Kalvakuntla Kavitha, who is more popular among the public and she was once considered to be on the top.

While this type of confusion is moving on in the TRS party, Harish Rao has now opened up about the successor of KCR, saying, due to the immense confidence of the public on CM and the party, for another 20 years, KCR will continue to be the Chief Minister of Telangana. So at this point of time, answer for the next CM of the state, cannot be found, Harish Rao clarified.
