Telangana formation day celebrations: Rs. 30 lakhs/district
Telangana government has decided to spend Rs. 30 lakhs on each district, to celebrate the Telangana formation day on June 2nd.
Regarding this, Telangana State Finance department has assured to release the funds within two days. Along with the municipal department, even the rural development departments, has prepared a plan to celebrate the formation day celebrations-2016. Offices of the corporations, municipalities and all panchayats, will witness the flag hoisting on June 2nd.
As part of the celebrations, the government has decided to explain the benefits of the employment assurance scheme. All the labours working for the formation day, will be distributed the sweets. Regarding this, calculating Rs. 10 for each labour, a certain amount of fund, was transferred to the account of Mandal development officer.
