Telangana Irrigation Minister Harish Rao is in no mood of compromising with the developmental programmes of the state government. Exposing his attitude, he went high on irrigation department engineers, for allegedly neglecting the water projects.

While the officials tried to convince the minister, the latter denied to give an ear to it, saying that, he is not here to listen to the cooked up stories, but wants the set targets to be achieved under any circumstances.

Not stopping there, the minister further delivered a punchline, “Choopu Leni Vallaku Kallu Kavali, Naaku Neelu Kavali...Bullet Digindha Leda!”, reminding the popular Telugu film Pokiri, in which the male lead Mahesh Babu, utters the similar dialogue (Bullet Digindha Leda).

When the government, by July, is able to provide the irrigation water to 4.60 lakh acres in Mahabubnagar, what is the issue with the other districts, Harish Rao questioned, putting a deadline as Kharif season and warning them to terminate, if the works do not complete by then.
