Just when the political leaders and the normal public felt that the special status issue is something that should worry only the AP citizens, the Telanganites, raised their voice in support of AP youth demanding the special category status.

Needless to say, the protest for Jallikattu by Tamil Nadu Youth, influenced the AP youth in raising the movement for special status. Recognizing that movement would strengthen with the support of large crowds, some popular biggies and celebrities from Telangana, MP Kavitha, Sampoornesh Babu etc, extended their support to the AP youth.

Adding to the list of the supporters from Telangana, Karimnagar youth, who played a key role during the Telangana movement, today protested against the AP government and demanded the special status.

This can be considered as a good gesture towards the neighboring state and if the same pressure continues on the Centre , achieving the special status would not remain as a dream for long.
