Arrive early for departures at RGIA
High alert is announced at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, on the occasion of Republic day and security in Shamshabad has been stepped up. So the airport authorities are now asking the passengers to start to the airport bit early.
“We are advising passengers to arrive early at the airport to avoid the last minute rush at the security check areas,” said an airport official.
To complete all the necessary formalities in time before boarding the flight, the airport officials are recommending the domestic passengers to reach the airport, at least two hours prior to the time of departure. On the other side, passengers who opt for the web check-in are advised to report 90 minutes prior to their departure.
