TS govt. staff to face criminal action
The Telangana government severely went against corrupt officers finally and has initiated disciplinary proceedings against others.
Though there were several complaints earlier, about the corrupt staff in the irrigation, municipal administration and urban development (MAUD), revenue, panchayat raj and rural development departments, the government couldn't go against them, because of the pressure from employees’ associations.
But Realizing that, the corruption is hampering the implementation of the government schemes, the state government has decided to take action. About 45 employees from the departments mentioned above, will face criminal cases.
