AK Khan allegations on Telangana govt.
AK Khan, the retired police officer, who earned an identity for his bravery in the united Andhra Pradesh, is now complaining that he faced several struggles right from the day Telangana formed.
He is now seeking the Central Administrative Tribunal to order the state and central governments to pay the same salary as the current DGP Anurag Sharma is receiving. Khan is seeking the salary for the period of June 2nd, 2014 to his date of retirement December 31st 2016.
Khan further alleged that, though he possess all the eligibilities required for the first DGP of Telangana, the government opted Anurag Sharma for several unknown reasons.
AK Khan earlier made few attempts to get the same salary as Anurag Sharma had been receiving. But all those efforts faced failure. So it should be seen, whether there would be any movement with the latest attempt.
