Jayalalithaa’s niece into politics soon!
Late Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Jayalalithaa’s niece Deepa Jayakumar is expected to make her political debut next month, to go against the ruling AIADMK and its new Chief Sasikala Natarajan.
In a recent interview, after paying homage to AIADMK founder MGR, she said that, she “cannot accept anyone else in Jayalalithaa’s position. What the Sasikala family is claiming is false…that Jayalalithaa was working based on their ideas.”
When asked whether she would join AIADMK or float new political party, she said, “I will discuss with my supporters before making a decision.”
She assured to come with a “detailed announcement” on February 24th, on the occasion of her aunt’s birthday.
