Rs.5 discount on gas cylinders
To boost the digital transactions, the Centre now announced to give discounts to those who book gas cylinders online.
It is known that earlier, the Centre gave a 0.75% discount to those who payed digitally, at the petrol bunks. Now, on the similar lines, the Centre has announced to provide Rs.5 discount to those who book gas cylinders online with debit or credit cards. IOC, BPCL, HPCL companies came forward in this regard.
Such discount is really going to benefit large sections of public, who are middle class and it in turn eliminates other charges like commission to the boy, who brings cylinder at your door step.
