Free bus passes to kidney patients
Telangana government announced to provide free bus passes to the kidney patients in the state.
There are 5000 kidney patients across the state, out of which 3000 are from Hyderabad itself. So the health department, on war footing, pledged to provide the dialysis centers across the state.
Keeping in mind the patients visiting Hyderabad from far places, for dialysis treatment, the government ordered TSRTC to provide free bus passes. Travelling in any TSRTC bus would completely be free for these patients.
Adding to it, the government is planning to set up 36 dialysis centers in each hospital, so that each patient, would get timely treatment.
