In an attempt to make the road of government employees smoother, Telangana Chief Minister KCR took some key decisions.

1. If any government employee loses his life during his service, his/her kids should be allotted a government job within 10 days. Every right regarding this, will be completely vested in the hands of the district collector.

2. If the wife and husband are working in the government in same or different departments or different areas, they can be shifted to the same place.

3. On the last day of the retirement itself, an employee should be provided with the retirement pensions. Thanking the retired employees for their services, on the last day of the retirement, as an honor, they should be dropped at their homes, in a government vehicle.

4. Eliminating Zonal levels, KCR announced that from now on, only state level and district level cadres will be there.
