It is known that Telangana government earlier lifted the ban on dependent jobs in Singareni employees, paving the way for providing employment to the dependents of coal miners. Regarding this, the Telangana Chief Minister KCR now raised the orders, making the decision, official.

According to the official notification, if the Singareni employees aged between 48-59, are willing to retire from their service, they can transfer their jobs to their sons or son-in-laws. Regarding this, the applications will be accepted from January 1st. The employees can submit their applications in their respective departments. More details of the same can be known through the information centre, which is ready for setup by G.M. (welfare) and C.S.R main office in Kothagudem.

According to the Singareni management, the new proposal would benefit around 30000 employees annually. So this is now being considered as the new year gift by KCR to the Singareni employees. TS CM should be appreciated for his guts to lift the 18 year old ban on dependent jobs in Singareni.
